The newlyweds walked out of the wedding to a Beyonce song, which is everything. Russell and Nina shared their first dance as a married couple to Lauryn Hill and D’Angelo’s “Nothing Even Matters.” Singer Keri Hilson attended the wedding, and Grammy winner Miguel performed at around 11 p.m. What a night!
Nina wore two dresses for her big day. The first was a Vera Wang gown, following by a Monique Lhullier dress. Russell wore a tuxedo by Tom Ford.
Their gorgeous wedding came just under one year after Russell and Nina confirmed their engagement in Sept. 2014. They had been dating for about a year prior to that, reports TMZ. They met while playing for the men’s and women’s basketball teams at UCLA. Aw! They’re college sweethearts! Now that they are married, they have plenty of time to honeymoon before the NBA season starts up again in late Oct. 2015!
