‘America’s Best Dance Crew’: Watch Epic Opening Number To Taylor Swift’s ‘Bad Blood’

This is epic! During the opening number of 'America's Best Dance Crew: Road To The VMAs' on Aug. 12, the group performed an incredible rendition of Taylor Swift's 'Bad Blood.' Watch it here! Leave it to America’s Best Dance Crew to do Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" justice. During the Aug. 12 episode called "VMA Fashion," the group opened up the night by getting down to T-Swizzle's smash hit featuring Kendrick Lamar, and we are floored by their impeccable talent!

Reading Time: 2 minute

The group number included Super Crew, Quest Crew, IaMmE, Elektrolytes and Kinjaz, who all took turns showing off their moves in the spotlight. It totally channeled the combat theme of Taylor’s “Bad Blood” music video! Each group was dressed in dramatic costumes that were of course, battle themed. They all started on stage together, before showing off their individual group’s combat choreography. Hands down, our favorite moment was at 1:21 when the talented dancer does all those flips! The number ended with everyone on stage in sync. Absolutely incredible — Taylor even retweeted the video, before ABDC Insider deleted their tweet!

We would love to know what Taylor’s rival Miley Cyrus, 22, thinks of this epic dance number! Miley dissed Tay’s “Bad Blood” music video in an interview with Marie Claire, saying that she doesn’t understand the whole “violence revenge” theme. Luckily, Taylor’s beau Calvin Harris, 30, has been helping her shake off Miley’s diss!

Taylor has a lot to be excited about, as she gears up for the VMAs on Aug. 30. She leads the race with the most nominations, having a total of nine. A lot of the nominations are for “Bad Blood,” which include Video Of The Year, Best Collaboration, Best Direction, Best Editing and Best Visual Effects. We can’t wait to tune in!
