You go, girl! Justin and Selena’s on-again/off-again relationship has always been a game of cat and mouse. When Selena’s not interested, Justin goes above and beyond to impress her! It seems like Selena knew that would be the case, as she went to the ball looking hotter than ever in a Vera Wang backless gown — and it sounds like she got pleasure out of watching Justin try to win her over!
“He just happened to be wherever she was, and kept his distance from Kendall whenever Selena was around,” our insider continued.
That sure says a lot! As you know, Kendall Jenner, 19, came in between Justin and Selena’s relationship, and there’s still bad blood there. At the Met Ball Selena completely avoided her former friend Kendall!

Justin was very clear and upfront with what he thought about Selena’s look. He did not at all hold back when screaming out of a limousine window that Selena looked gorgeous. (Cue our hearts melting!)
It’s clear that Selena was Miss Confident too, as she took to Instagram to express how she felt like a Princess at the ball — which also could have been a subtle way to reference Justin calling her a princess in 2014! Either way, we’re glad she’s enjoying her time on cloud nine — she deserves it!
