There’s an old saying: “the only things that will survive a nuclear holocaust are cockroaches and Cher.” It might be time to add Madonna to that list. The pop icon followed up the Mar.13 release of her single “Ghosttown” with a video for the song on Apr.8.

The world of “Ghosttown” is bleak and dark, but Madonna shines against the ravaged landscape. The video opens with news of an impending nuclear war, but we know it takes more than that to stop Madonna. While the rest of the world is in ruins, she looks fabulous while she scavenges for supplies in her post-apocalyptic-eleganza. However, is Madonna the only one left alive? No! Empire‘s Terrence Howard has also survived the catastrophe. Are these two enemies? Or do they find love at the end of the world? Watch the video and find out for yourself.

Madonna & Taylor Swift: Offers To Record A Duet Are ‘On The Table’

Madonna proved she was still full of surprises when she performed “Ghosttown” during the 2015 iHeartRadio Music Awards. As she took the stage, Madonna was joined by none other than Taylor Swift on guitar! The two pop divas then tore the house down, leaving audiences wanting more collaborations between these two. The offer to work together is still on the table, so cross your fingers that we might get another duet between Taylor and Madonna sometime soon!
