Harry Styles’ Reaction: Zayn Malik Leaving Despite Band’s Best Efforts
1D member Zayn Malik has officially left the group, and the internet is in an uproar. What was previously thought to be Zayn’s restful break is now a complete departure!
HollywoodLife.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY that Zayn’s mate, Harry Styles, tried to change Zayn’s mind about leaving.
“Harry and his band mates initially tried to convince him from quitting,” a source close to One Direction told HollywoodLife.com. “They even begged him to stay because they didn’t want him to make a decision he would regret. But in the end he had to go.”
Despite the band’s best efforts to get Zayn to stay, it was his decision overall, and he chose to go to save his health. We want what’s best for Zayn, but we don’t have to like it. Cue the millions of girls are crying around the world!
One Direction Willing To Welcome Zayn Back In Future
In his official statement, Zayn said: “After five years, I feel like it is now the right time for me to leave the band. I’d like to apologise to the fans if I’ve let anyone down, but I have to do what feels right in my heart.”
We support you, Zayn, but we’re still sad about it. However, there may be a silver lining to this after all: in case Zayn ever wants to come back, the 1D boys are willing to accept him with open arms!
“Still, as far as the boys are concerned, Zayn has an open invitation to rejoin the group when he gets his head back on straight,” the source revealed to us EXCLUSIVELY. “He’s a brother to them and they won’t turn their back on him in his time of need.
