Zayn Malik: Sister Safaa Defends Him Against Hurtful Cheating Rumors

Safaa is very protective of her big brother Zayn. She's supposedly speaking out after he decided to leave the One Direction tour in the midst of his cheating scandal. No matter what, Zayn Malik's sister is going to have his back. Safaa allegedly took to Instagram on March 19 to defend her brother against those cheating rumors that were sparked after Zayn, 22, was allegedly caught holding hands with a girl that wasn't fiancee Perrie Edwards, 21. In the message, she slams Zayn's haters and says the "stress" and "hatred" he's received has really "gotten to him." The One Direction hottie has taken a break from his world tour, and Safaa wants his true fans to pray for her brother.

Zayn Malik’s Sister Defends Him After Cheating Rumors Run Rampant

UPDATE: One Direction’s rep has confirmed to HollywoodLife.com that this is a fake account.

All eyes are still on Zayn as he continues to battle those cheating rumors, but sister Safaa wants everyone to get off his back. Here’s her supposed Instagram message that, according to People.

“Don’t worry guys, Zayn is going to be okay very soon. All the stress has just gotten to him because of the rumours and hatred he has heard and received, It’s really hurting him, some people are just giving him to much. People need to realize my brother is human to, stop hating him because he hasn’t done anything to anybody, except for defending himself because of what people heard of what he did, but it isn’t true. I love my brother to death, and I do not want to lose him for anything, it hurts me to see him not feeling good. Please pray for my brother, please help him because I know he will be okay… please stop sending him hate and getting on him for what he has “did”.

Wow. Safaa is not having it with Zayn’s haters. But she’s right. Zayn is only human, and regardless of what he’s done, he doesn’t deserve this brutal backlash. 

Zayn was allegedly seen holding hands with a blonde in Thailand while on his world tour. After massive scrutiny, he apologized on Twitter but denied cheating. 

HollywoodLife.com has reached out to Zayn’s rep for comment. 

Zayn Malik & Perrie Edwards: Her Ultimatum After Cheating Rumors

It was announced that Zayn was leaving the One Direction tour for awhile on March 19 due to “stress.” However, HollywoodLife.com learned EXCLUSIVELY that Perrie actually gave him an ultimatum after his cheating scandal hit the fan.

“She was furious about the pictures of him holding hands with an attractive blondefan, and delivered an ultimatum to leave the tour and fix their relationship,” our source said. “Zayn’s been away on a world tour and it’s difficult for them to maintain their commitment when they aren’t together. Perrie reiterated, ‘Get home if you want to sort this mess out, or we’re done.’”
