Nikki Ferrell & Juan Pablo Galavis Split — She Reveals The Truth Behind Breakup
Nikki reunited with host Chris Harrison, 43, about her doomed relationship with the Venezuelan hunk who stole many hearts during The Bachelor‘s 18th season.
The blonde beauty revealed whether or not Juan ever told her he loved her. “He did absolutely,” she said, according to E!. “There was a point where we said we loved each other, like a normal relationship.”
So what exactly prompted the breakup?
“There was awhile where I did feel like he was totally in love with me. Was it too late? Probably,” Nikki said. “I think at that point I had come to the conclusion that we were different people and we were never going to be on the same page. At the end of the day, we gave it a go, but we’re two different people.”
While of course we were rooting for Nikki and Juan’s love to last, we understand why they called it quits. Nikki also revealed that her and Juan, who appeared on Couples Therapy together to work on their issues, tried to make their relationship work off camera as well. She said that she “is not a quitter” and that both of them did everything in their power to make their relationship work.
Alas, she realized that they were too different, but that doesn’t mean she thinks Juan is a bad person.
“He’s so caring…He’s a good person, I don’t have anything bad to say,” Nikki gushed about her ex. “It’s just a difference of lifestyles. He cared so much about me and my family and he’s a good person, he really is.”
Andi Dorfman Supports Nikki Ferrell After Split
After Nikki and Juan’s dramatic split, Nikki turned to her BFF Andi Dorman, 27, for emotional support. We think this is especially cool since both women starred on season 18 of The Bachelor, and clearly didn’t let Juan get in the way!
Andi even posted a gorgeous pic with a nice message to her bestie on her Instagram on Nikki’s birthday. “You are the strongest girl I know. You get put down but you always smile, you always push through.” So sweet!
