Earl Hayes & Stephanie Moseley Dead: VH1 Star & Rapper Die In Murder-Suicide
Residents at the couple’s Los Angeles apartment building allegedly heard shots fired early on Dec. 8. Authorities quickly arrived on the scene and knocked down the door to find two people — Stephanie and Earl — shot to death, TMZ reports.
Neighbors allegedly claim they heard a woman screaming, according to the site, and police are saying that Earl shot Stephanie before turning the gun on himself.
And even though there’s no proven connection, Earl had recently accused Stephanie of cheating on him with a famous singer, sources told TMZ.

Stephanie, who was a backup dancer for numerous singers, including Chris Brown and Britney Spears, recently tweeted about touring with Usher.
“Once on tour with Usher I spent 5 min dancing in the rain on a out door stage in Jamaica, it was the most magical feeling,” she wrote.
Sgt. Montgomery, LAPD, Public Information Officer released a statement to HollywoodLife.com, regarding the deaths. He said:
“Neither our detectives nor the coroner’s office has confirmed anything to us. With issues such as this, we have to be right on and exact. We’re not speculating on a thing. We have detectives there investigating what happened and those finding will come to us when they’ve thoroughly investigated the incident. We have not confirmed the identities of the victims nor who shot who at this time.”
