Raven Symone Defends TV Dad Bill Cosby After Rape Allegations

Bill Cosby was once America's favorite TV dad, but after shocking rape allegations from more than 10 women, faith in the comedian has started to diminish. The worst allegation of all is that he molested Raven Simone when she was just a child on the show -- and here's what Raven herself has to say about it. Bill Cosby, 77, has been accused of drugging and raping several women, including super model, Janice Dickinson. But Raven Simone, 28, says that she was not one of these women! She was just 4 years old when she starred in the sitcom, and she released a fiery statement defending her former TV dad. Check out what Raven had to say below!

Raven Symone Defends Bill Cosby After Rape Allegations

It’s so unfortunate that Raven’s name would be dragged into Bill’s rape allegations scandal. Raven posted a picture to Instagram of her playing the sassy young Olivia on the show, and a caption stating that she was never taken advantage of:

“I was NOT taken advantage of by Mr. Cosby when I was on the Cosby Show! I was practically a baby on that show and this is truly a disgusting rumor that I want no part of! Everyone on that show treated me with nothing but kindness. Now keep me out of this!”

Well said, Raven. That should put the rumors to rest!

Raven Symone: “I Was Not Taken Advantage Of”

Raven is the first to speak out in defense of Bill Cosby during all of the unfortunate allegations. As a result of this scandal, he has lost a Netflix comedy special, an NBC comedy project, and he was also dropped from being a guest on The Late Show With David Letterman.

Bill has refused to respond to any of the allegations, but one thing is for sure; Raven Symone was not harmed.
