We feel so bad for Zayn. The hunky One Direction singer looks so sick in a set of recent pics taken on Nov. 18. Thankfully, HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned that his band mates are taking care of him. Find out how! Zayn Malik, 21, was pictured looking emaciated on Nov. 18, amidst reports he's been sick. Zayn was said to be ill with a "tummy bug" and missed out on some of One Direction's album promotion in Orlando, Florida earlier this week. But since reuniting with Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson in America, Zayn has been leaning on them for support.

Zayn Malik Ill — How One Direction’s Supporting Him While He’s Sick

While filming a forthcoming holiday special for NBC on Tuesday, “Liam was seen rubbing Zayn’s back to make him feel better,” an eyewitness tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

“Niall was also hugging Zayn on stage, in between takes,” our source adds.

This behavior comes after Zayn had to defend himself, following the band’s Today show interview with Matt Lauer on Nov. 17. The host asked the boys of 1D if their bandmate’s absence during the interview was related to drugs.

“I’m really angry and upset by what was said on the Today show. I was really ill at the weekend. That’s why I couldn’t fly to America,” Zayn then told Dan Wootton at The Sun.

Zayn Malik Looks Thin & Lacks Energy

As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Zayn looked very thin on stage, an eyewitness told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “He was shaking on stage and he was the one that lacked the most energy.”

We can’t help but be concerned for Zayn. However, we’re happy to hear his band mates are taking good care of him.
