Kylie Jenner is still not old enough to vote, rent a car or drink alcohol but she did turn 17! One thing is for sure, there was plenty of alcohol and adult-like behavior flowing through her birthday party, Aug. 9, but we’re not saying she partook in any of it!

Kylie partied with her buddies, Justin Bieber, The Game, Chris Brown and Tyga at the LA bash.
The best part was when Justin sang her Happy Birthday and then she was presented with a cake in the shape of a penis, no we are not joking!
But a lot of her fans were shocked when a video was released of Tyga yelling “take a shot” to Kylie and then she’s handed a bottle of what looks like alcohol.
She tweeted: “Thank u to my friends for making this day so special so far. Happy birfday to me 🎉💀.”
Justin also wished Kylie a happy birthday with his own sweet message: “Happy birthday @kyliejenner ;) glad I got to spend it with u. So dope watching u grow up.”
