‘Saying goodbye has never been so funny.’ That’s the catchphrase for the series finale of ‘Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory,’ airing on March 13 at 10:30 ET on MTV. Watch the promo clip here!
Rob Dyrdek has been cracking us up for six seasons of Fantasy Factor, and unfortunately it’s time to say goodbye. However, before you do, you can’t miss this clip from the series finale, which proves that Rob is going out with a serious bang in his most impressive and intense stunt ever!
‘Fantasy Factory’ Finale — Rob Dyrdek Goes Out With Crazy Stunt
On the finale, Rob, 39, partners up with Chevy to try to break the Guinness World Record for “Farthest Reverse Ramp Jump by a car in history” at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Cali. Of course, nothing Rob does is boring or normal, and with the help of his crew (including Chanel West Coast and Big Black), this is no different!
So, why did he chose this stunt to end with?
“It was just a cool opportunity, something I had talked with Chevy about doing even before this last season,” Rob told Zap2It. “We’ve got a cool series finale. It’s a great retrospective leading to a big party, and then this big stunt. And we also let Big Black have all of his big dreams come true. He got to do all the stuff he couldn’t do as a big kid. It’s just really about having a cool, strong way for all the fans to say goodbye to the Fantasy Factory once and for all.”
Rob Says His Time On MTV ‘Is Coming To An End’
In a statement, Rob said that he appreciates MTV for letting him “live the dream” throughout six whole seasons with his “favorite crew.” However, while he still has Ridiculousness, he may be wrapping with the network soon.
“I think I’m hitting that threshold of age, you know?” he told Zap2It. “I love MTV, I would love to make shows for them forever, I love everyone there, but my time is coming to an end as a whole with MTV. This is it, you know? I think I’ve made my world record run. It’s time to sail off into the sunset with my highlight reel of glory.”
Watch the clip below, then tune into MTV at 10:30 for the hour-long finale!
