Whoops! With all the sexy and daring fashion moves that ladies like Miley and Selena Gomez take, there are bound to be a few malfunctions from time to time. But that doesn't make them any less shocking! Nip slips are sort of like agents in Hollywood -- everyone has one. From the ladies like Nicki Minaj who seem to bring the wardrobe malfunctions upon themselves to the more innocent types like Tina Fey, nip slips are just a part of the business -- pretty much unavoidable. But some are more shocking than others.

Selena Gomez, Tina Fey & More Suffer Wardrobe Malfunctions

Those darn outfits — sometimes they just don’t stay put! Ask Tina and Selena Gomez — they know what we’re talking about. Tina incurred the wrath of the nip slip during one of the most public events of the year — the Emmys. After accepting an award on Sept. 22, Tina’s somewhat loose dress moved into an unfortunate position, just long enough to give everyone a glimpse. To Tina’s credit, she handled it like a pro, goofing on herself multiple times in the aftermath.

Selena’s slip happened during a photo shoot, of all places. Striking poses in a few hot outfits on March 4, one of those dresses betrayed her, as she leaned forward and accidentally exposed her right nipple!

This sort of mistake — definitely the most common form of the nip slip — has also done in Miley Cyrus and Mariah Carey.

Nicki Minaj & More: Not Trying To Cover Up

But then there are the times when you’d think the star would know better. For example, Miranda Kerr hit the red carpet for a movie premiere on Sept. 6 in a partially lace, partially see-through top with no bra! So of course both of her nipples were exposed when she lifted her arms and moved her previously, strategically placed top.

Nicki is also one of the women who sort of asked for a malfunction when she showed up to the launch for her Kmart fashion line in Los Angeles on Oct. 15 wearing a cleavage-baring blazer and… absolutely nothing else under it! We would have been more surprised if Nicki didn’t suffer a wardrobe malfunction!

Real Housewives of Miami star Joanna Krupa has also fallen victim to “not-trying-to-hide-it” slippage. And Farrah Abraham — wow, don’t even get us started.
