Lamar Odom Visits Khloe Kardashian
Lamar has reportedly been holed up — not seeking help for his alleged drug problem in any way — in a house in La Quinta, Calif. near Palm Springs, but he reportedly finally made a trip to see Khloe for the first time in weeks, according to TMZ.
The ailing basketball star reportedly dropped in at Khloe’s house — the house he used to live in — on the night of Sept. 25. He and Khloe allegedly had a short conversation before he left and returned to his loft in downtown Los Angeles.
Khloe Kardashian’s ‘Crazy’ Instagram Post: What Does It Mean?
Though Khloe didn’t quite reveal how her meet-up with Lamar went, her Instagram post the next day on Sept. 26 seemed to suggest that the drama was still ongoing. The reality star posted an excerpt from the famous book Alice In Wonderland in which Alice tells the Mad Hatter, “I’m afraid so. You’re entirely bonkers. But I’ll tell you a secret. The best people are.”
It’s a very sweet passage, and may actually be another sign that Khloe is willing to stick things out with Lamar. On one hand, Khloe seems to be saying that her life is still in complete disarray and nearing chaos, but there’s also an underlying optimism — is Khloe saying that she wouldn’t want things any other way?
While Lamar and Khloe still haven’t patched things up — especially because Lamar still has not vowed to get help — the fact that they actually talked, and that Khloe seems to be trying to stay optimistic, have to be good signs.
