Drake & The Game Help Ohio Mom Who Lost 5 Kids In Mobile Home Fire

The rappers jumped to get involved when they heard a heartbreaking story of loss. The Game and Drake both stepped in to help a mom in need when they found out she lost her entire family in a tragic fire, donating $22,500 to help her with funeral costs for her 5 children and boyfriend. The Game heard the story of young mom Anna Angel, who lost her entire family of five children and her fiance in a tragic mobile home fire on Sept. 15 in Tiffin, Ohio. Upon learning of her tragic loss, he and fellow rapper Drake just had to do something to help her out. Game sent out a picture of the young family to pay tribute -- and ended up collecting money to donate to the mom.

Drake & The Game Donate To Mom Who Lost Family In Mobile Home Fire

Timothy Fresch, 25; Tiara Angel, 6; Stormie Huey, 5; Trinity Huey, 4; Sunshine Huey, 3; and Domonic Fresch, 2 all perished when their home caught fire and was destroyed in minutes.

The Game posted a photo of the family to his Instagram page on Sept. 17, along with this message:

Meet Ana Angel, a mother of 5 who lost her 5 children & her boyfriend (father of her youngest) in a house fire early Sunday morning in Tiffin, Ohio. I can deal with a lot of things but people losing their children is something that kills me every time.

Ana Angel was working her shift at Burger King when she was informed by her manager Pat Boes that her home had burnt down with her family inside it & no one survived. I cannot imagine the feeling she had at that moment & when I 1st read this story yesterday I just happened to be on the phone with DRAKE @champagnepapi & told him about it so he offered to help alongside me.

The Game Reaches Out To Ohio Mom

The Game works closely with The Robin Hood Project revealed that he and Drake donated a lot of money, and raised a total of $22,500 to help out the mom with her funeral expenses:

So between me & DRAKE on behalf of @TheRobinHoodProject we split a $20,000 donation both donating 10k apiece as well as @51minds (Marrying The Game producers) choppin in with $2,500 so that Ms. Angel can afford the funeral costs for her 5 children & boyfriend as well as a point A to B vehicle.

I want to thank Pat Boes for helping us locate Ana Angel & spokesperson for the family Keith Hodkinson for helping us get the $ to her in her time of grief.

This is such a sad story, but The Game and Drake’s involvement is so special.
