Jimmy Fallon’s Baby Surrogacy — How Daughter Winnie Rose Was Born
Winnie Rose Fallon arrived on July 23, just one day after the royal baby, which made us forget that no one really knew he and his wife were expecting. That’s probably because Nancy wasn’t rocking a bump!
“We had a surrogate,” Jimmy revealed to Savannah Guthrie on the August 9 episode of Today. “My wife and I had been trying for a while to have a baby and so we’ve tried a bunch of things.”
He said the couple’s exciting news “wasn’t really a secret,” but rather something he and Nancy got to share when they finally announced their baby’s arrival.
This time we decided we’re not gonna tell anybody, it would be just more fun if it was just private between me and my wife, and then we get to introduce her to everybody.
We’re just happy we got to see a picture of little Winnie right away — she’s so precious!
Jimmy Fallon: Finding Out I Was Going To Be A Dad Was ‘So Emotional’
Since Jimmy, 38, and Nancy, 46, had been trying for a baby for some time, they couldn’t believe the news of a successful surrogate. At the same time, they didn’t know who to and not to tell!
When it happened, we were shocked. We were like, alright, who do we tell, who’s gonna be mad at us if this gets out? We had to call everybody — it was so emotional!
How adorable! No matter how the couple was finally able to welcome their baby girl, we are so happy for them — and clearly Jimmy is extremely happy too!
Are YOU surprised to find out that Winnie was a surrogate, HollyMoms?
