“Even though he was with Rihanna, he still called Kae and told her Merry Christmas and told her how he misses her and how he hopes she was having a good day and all that sh**,” a source close to the aspiring model/clothing designer tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “He was texting her throughout the day, too.”
Chris is apparently up-front and honest with Karrueche, as we’ve learned he told her he’d be spending the holiday with RiRi, so she wouldn’t be caught off guard.
“Chris told Karrueche he was going to be with Rihanna for Christmas like two days before Christmas,” the source reveals, adding, “Because he had told her already, she was just like ‘Fu** it, whatever.'”
As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, however, Chris made a bold statement when he and Rihanna sat court side at the Los Angeles Lakers/New York Knicks game in Los Angeles at Staples Center on December 25.
“They were enjoying each other and you could tell they were both happy,” an onlooker tells HollywoodLife.com. “Rihanna was feeding him popcorn and he was making her laugh the entire time. She was glowing and could not stop smiling. They were really having an amazing time and she looked so beautiful and happy and completely content.”
