Lindsay is such a mean girl! After a night of flirting and dancing, leaves a Cannes party with her former co-star’s now ex-BF!
Is Lindsay Lohan all about female solidarity? Not so much. The hard-partying starlet spent Tuesday night getting cozy with former Mean Girls co-star Amanda Seyfried’s boyfriend, Dominic Cooper — and the two even left a late-night party together!
But before you go casting stones at Dominic, 31, for cheating on 24-year-old Amanda, it sounds like the couple — who met on the set of the 2008 movie-musical Mamma Mia! — have officially split, reports People.
“Amanda and Dominic have been on and off for a while – and right now they’re taking a break,” a source says. “But they’re great friends and could still get back together.”
Dominic’s rep also tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively her client isn’t actually into his now ex-girlfriend’s former co-star.
“This is a completely fabricated story. Lindsay Lohan was at the same private party as Dominic, as was Glenn Close, and a host of other industry people, as they all share the same producers/sales company for their separate projects at the festival,” the rep explains. “That’s it. In no way did Dominic and Lindsay ‘hook up,’ as you say. They were simply at the same event as one another and someone’s trying to create a story where there really is none.”
However, our eyewitness saw definite chemistry between the two actors.
“Lindsay and Dominic were flirty, but not overly touchy,” an eyewitness at Belvedere’s May 18 bash at Le Baron in Cannes told HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “They arrived in a group and went to their table. Both were in great moods, dancing, having fun. They were really playful with each other.”
Although the two were in a group, our insider hastens to add, “They were mainly hanging out with each other, though. They left together right before Grace Jones’ performance ended.”
La Lohan is definitely adept at causing trouble for herself! In addition to potentially stealing another girl’s guy, the 23-year-old starlet is due in an LA courtroom tomorrow for a mandatory probation hearing stemming from her 2007 DUI arrest. She is now claiming she lost her passport and can’t return. Uh-oh. Bad business all around, Lindsay!
