‘The Winchesters’ Cast: Exclusive Portraits Of Meg Donnelly & Drake Rodger — ‘The Winchesters’ will be taking ‘Supernatural’ fans back to the 1970s to when John Winchester and Mary Campbell first crossed paths. Told from the perspective of narrator Dean Winchester, ‘The Winchesters’ is the epic, untold love story of how John Winchester met Mary Campbell and put it all on the line to not only save their love but the entire world.

John returns home from fighting in the Vietnam war, and a mysterious encounter sparks a new mission to trace his father’s past. This brings him face-to-face with 19-year-old demon hunter Mary Campbell. The leading roles are played by Drake Rodger and Meg Donnelly. Jensen Ackles, who is also an executive producer, will be narrating the series as Dean Winchester.

Drake Rodger On Post-War John Winchester — Drake Rodger said that John Winchester isn’t really ‘adjusting’ to life after the war. ‘He’s suffering from PTSD, and I think he found an outlet in which he can live out a little bit of that rage and a little bit of that twisted fantasy,’ he told HL.
