‘The Conners’ is a hit ABC comedy series that’s a spinoff of the long-running series ‘Roseanne.’ The show stars John Goodman as Dan Conner, Laurie Metcalf as Jackie Harris, Sara Gilbert as Darlene Conner, Lecy Goranson as Becky Conner-Healy, Michael Fishman as D.J. Conner, Emma Kenney as Harris Conner-Healy, Ames McNamara as Mark Conner-Healy, and Jayden Rey as Mary Conner. The show has featured notable guest stars like Mary Steenburgen, Juliette Lewis, Matthew Broderick, Jay R. Ferguson, James Pickens, and more. ‘The Conners’ follows the daily struggles of Dan, Jackie, Darlene, Becky, and D.J. as they tackle parenthood, dating, pregnancy, financial pressures, and aging in working-class America. The spinoff was greenlit following the cancellation of ‘Roseanne’ in May 2018. The ‘Roseanne’ revival was canceled after star Roseanne Barr tweeted racially insensitive comments.
