Jesse Palmer decided not to propose to Jessica Bowlin after choosing her during the finale of ‘The Bachelor’ season 5. The two dated after the show, but wound up breaking up after several weeks.

For his second time on ‘The Bachelor,’ Brad Womack proposed to Emily Maynard during the season 15 finale. However, the two split as their season of the show was airing. They did briefly get back together after the show aired, but called it quits for good in May 2011.

Arie Luyendyk Jr. proposed to Becca Kufrin on the season 22 finale of ‘The Bachelor.’ However, he had a change of heart just weeks later and dumped Becca to be with his runner-up, Lauren Burnham. Arie proposed to Lauren during the live ‘After the Final Rose’ special, just months after he split from Becca. Arie and Lauren got married in Jan.2019 and are expecting their first child.
