Steven Adams — New Zealand professional basketball player Steven Adams is a standout on the Oklahoma City Thunder team. Adams moved to the United States to play college basketball at the University of Pittsburgh in 2012, and after one year with the team, he was selected by the Oklahoma City Thunder as the 12th overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft. He appeared in 81 games (20 starts) and averaged 3.3 points, 4.1 rebounds in his rookie season. At the conclusion of the 2013–14 season, Adams earned NBA All-Rookie Second Team honors. Steven has continued to play for the OKC Thunder and be a leader on the team for the last 7 seasons. In 2018, his autobiography Steven Adams: My Life, My Fight was released.
