Steve Burton, born on June 28, 1970, is an American actor, best known for his portrayal of Jason Morgan on the hit ABC soap opera, General Hospital from 1991 to 2012, and 2017 to present. In 2007, he also appeared as Jason in the first season of the soap’s spinoff series General Hospital: Night Shift. In 1998, he won a Daytime Emmy Award Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his role as Jason Morgan on General Hospital. He’s also know for his role as Dylan McAvoy on The Young and the Restless from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, Burton returned to General Hospital in the role of Jason Morgan, under the alias of ‘Patient 6.’ In 2019, he briefly took on the role of Jason’s twin Andrew Cain in various flashbacks. Jason married Sheree Gustin on January 16, 1999. They have three children together, two daughters and a son.
