Stephen tWitch Boss: A Life In Photos — Stephen “tWitch” Boss has died at 40, by an apparent suicide. The TV personality’s death was reported by TMZ on Wednesday, Dec. 14. A source confirmed reports to HollywoodLife.

After his wife found he had left home without his car, she reported it to police. He was found dead by a self-inflicted gunshot at a local hotel not long after.

tWitch was beloved at the D.J. on the Ellen show. He started his run on the series in 2014 and was there until the last episode in 2022. He would even take on guest hosting, and was promoted to an Executive Producers in 2020.

He is survived by wife Allison Holker, who he married in 2013. The couple had 3 kids.

Here, tWitch was all smiles attending the FOX 2022 Upfront presentation at the Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown on May 16, 2022. He looked bright, wearing a yellow beanie and blue/red flannel.
