The actress has worked hard to get to where she is in her career, appearing in a number of films and TV shows before her big break on ‘Modern Family.’ For 11 seasons, and over 250 episodes, Sofia endeared audiences to her character, Gloria. She earned four Golden Globe nominations and four Emmy award nominations for her work. She also received bigger roles in films, as a result of her talent and popularity!

In her personal life, Sofia has also been thriving! She got engaged to Joe Manganiello on Christmas Day 2014 after six months of dating. The pair married in Palm Beach, FL in November 2015 and have been so in love ever since!
