Shay Mitchell, born Shannon Ashley Mitchell on April 10, 1987, is a Canadian actress, model, entrepreneur and author. Shay rose to fame on the popular Freeform series ‘Pretty Little Liars,’ which had its run on the channel from 2010-2017. After the series wrapped, Shay went on to star in the Lifetime show ‘You’ which only lasted in 2018. When she wasn’t working, Shay’s personal life was growing into an exciting new chapter. The actress began to date Matte Babel in the late 2010s. Shay suffered a miscarriage in January and openly talked about the trauma and pain she endured from the experience. But in October 2019, the couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl they named Atlas. Shay’s second daughter, Rome, was born in May 2022.
