Sha’Carri Richardson — Sha’Carri Richardson is one of the fastest women in the world. A track and field star, the event she competes in the most is the 100-meter race. She’s run in a number of competitions, winning four national titles during her career, which started in 2015. Sha’Carri won first place in the AAU Junior Olympics in 2016 and 2017. In 2019, she broke the 100m dash record, while competing in the NCAA Division I Women’s Outdoor Track And Field Championships, where she ran a 10.75 second race.

Sha’Carri’s fourth major win was while racing in the 2021 Olympic Trials in Eugene, Oregon. Even though she won the race, she was suspended by the United States Anti-Doping Agency, after she tested positive for marijuana. She admitted in a ‘TODAY’ interview that she’d used it to “cope” after learning that her biological mother had died. She also tweeted, “I am human,” after the controversy.
