Saoirse Ronan — At only 27-years-old, Saoirse Ronan has had an incredible acting career, with achievements that take most actors a lifetime! While she was born in the Bronx, New York, she spent most of her upbringing in Ireland, and began her acting career at a young age. She made her debut in 2003 as part of the series ‘The Clinic,’ where she played Rhiannon Geraghty for four episodes. One of her first major roles came in 2007, where she starred in ‘Atonement’ (based on Ian McEwan’s 2001 novel). Her performance netted her the first Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress. She went on to star in many more critically acclaimed movies like ‘Lady Bird’ in 2017 and ‘Little Women’ in 2019, both of which earned her Academy Award nominations. She did win the Golden Globe for Best Performance By An Actress In A Musical or Comedy for ‘Lady Bird.’
