‘Red Rocket’ Cast & More — ‘Red Rocket’ is an independent film directed by Sean Baker, who helmed previous films like ‘The Florida Project’ and ‘Tangerine.’ His new film follows a washed-up porn star who returns to his hometown. When he arrives, he clashes with his ex-wife and meets a beautiful young girl named Strawberry. Simon Rex stars as Mikey in his best performance to date. Bree Elrod plays Lexi, Mikey’s ex-wife. Other cast members include Suzanna Son as Strawberry, Brenda Deiss as Lil, Judy Hill as Leondria, Marlon Lambert as Ernesto, Brittany Rodriguez as June, and more.

The hit NSYNC song ‘Bye, Bye, Bye’ is featured a number of times in the film. Suzanna Son recorded a cover version of the song for the movie’s soundtrack.
