Even in her 90s, Queen Elizabeth was always making a statement with her style! Elizabeth became heir to the throne of England when her father was named King after his brother, King Edward VIII, abdicated in 1936. She took the throne herself after her father’s death in 1952. Elizabeth had four kids (King Charles, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward), and was the grandmother of Prince William and Prince Harry. She attended events with William and Harry every so often, and was sometimes even joined by their wives, Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle. When the ladies were together, it was always a fashionable moment, for sure! Sadly, Queen Elizabeth died on September 8, 2022 at age 96.
