MTV Movie and TV Awards 2022: Vanessa Hudgens & More — Grab your popcorn, the 2022 MTV Movie and TV Awards are finally here! On Sunday, June 5, gorgeous stars took to the red carpet before the exciting event to show off some of their most lavish outfits. A-listers such as Jennifer Lopez, Olivia Rodrigo, Sydney Sweeny, Snoop Dogg, Paris Hilton, and more made appearances. Here, host Vanessa Hudgens looked as sophisticated as ever in an electric blue Vera Wang gown with a strapless neckline and asymmetrical train.

Filmed in Los Angeles at the Barker Hangar, the MTV Movie and TV awards air in over 170 countries, with the awards being handed out at 8pm EST. The “Unscripted” companion version of the ceremony, focusing on reality TV, will air at 10pm EST.
