‘Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation’ is the fifth installment in the ‘Mission: Impossible’ film series. It was directed by Christopher McQuarrie. In addition to Tom Cruise, who returned as Ethan Hunt, the movie also starred Jeremy Renner, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Alec Baldwin, Sean Harris, and Ving Rhames. In the film, Ethan and his team must eradicate an international rogue organization that is as highly skilled as they are. This rogue organization is committed to destroying the IMF. Filming began in Aug. 2014 in Austria. The movie was released on July 31, 2015. ‘Rogue Nation’ was followed by ‘Mission: Impossible – Fallout,’ which was released in 2018.
For ‘Rogue Nation,’ Tom was a part of some wild stunts. He actually dangled on the side of a massive plane as it took off. He did the incredible and dangerous stunt 8 times in order to get the perfect shot. Tom remains quite the daredevil. See more photos of ‘Rogue Nation’ in our gallery.
