Millicent Simmonds — Exclusive Portraits — ‘A Quiet Place Part II’ star Millicent Simmonds stopped by HollywoodLife’s portrait studio in New York City in March 2020. After a year of delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the sequel is finally being released in theaters on May 28. Millicent takes an even bigger leading role in the sequel, and she shines even more as Regan Abbott than she did in the first film. She stars alongside Noah Jupe, Cillian Murphy, and Emily Blunt.

In the sequel, Millicent’s character must continue to fight to survive in silence. Regan goes on a dangerous journey that her teaming up with Cillian Murphy’s Emmett. Regan goes in search of a radio signal and goes to great lengths to find what she’s looking for. ‘A Quiet Place Part II’ was written, directed, and produced by John Krasinski, who played Regan’s dad Lee in the first film.
