Michelle rose to fame in 2008, after she won the role of Tina McIntyre on the ITV soap opera ‘Coronation Street.’ Michelle played the role for roughly six years, leaving the series in 2014. After her success on the show, appearing in over 850 episodes, Michelle went on to a new project

In 2016, Michelle earned the role of Lance Corporal Georgie Lane on the BBC series ‘Our Girl.’ She became a series regular in season 2. Michelle currently stars as Erin in the series ‘Brassic.’

As for her personal life, Michelle has been married to Mark Wright since May 2015. The two are often seen out and about together.
