Dohan is best known for her role as rabbi on ‘Weeds,’ although she has also starred on a number of Israeli shows, such as ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ ‘Esti HaMekho’eret(Ugly Betty),’ and ‘Romeo and Juliet,’ for which she of course was critically acclaimed for. She has been nominated for two Israeli Oscar and has won an Israeli Tony Award.
The star grew up in Giv’atayim, Israel and has always been passionate about acting. She attended Nissan Nativ acting school, where she wrote, directed, and acted in various theater productions, along with earned various scholarships. By the time she graduated she had signed a contract with Israel’s Cameri Theater, one of Israel’s leading theaters.
And don’t forget to add singing to the list of her passions as well! She released her debut album I’m In Hate With Love in 2012 and received international attention for her first single “Yummy.”
She gained even more attention in Hollywood when her relationship with Tony/Emmy award winner Al Pacino blossomed in 2019.
