Maya Hawke Looking Just Like Mom Uma Thurman & Dad Ethan Hawke — Maya Hawke may be an up-and-comer but she comes from strong Hollywood stock. Many don’t know that the ‘Stranger Things’ favorite, born July 8, 1998, is the daughter of actors Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke. Her parents met on the set of ‘Gattaca’ (1997), married in May 1998, and divorced in 2005.

Maya decided to follow in their acting footsteps in high school, and pursued her summer studies at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London before beginning her undergrad at Juilliard School. She dropped out, however, for a role in BBC’s 2017 version of ‘Little Women’. Maya made it big in 2019 as Robin on ‘Stranger Things’.

Maya didn’t just inherit her acting chops from mom and dad. She’s also a total babe, just like her parents.
