Matt Rife has been a working comedian for years. While he’s had a few acting appearances and was one of the stars of ‘Wild ‘N Out,’ Matt’s primarily known for his stand-up comedy. After a TikTok went viral, Matt became an overnight sensation. He’s built his audience online through his keen ability for crowd work (and his good looks). He’s gone from touring clubs to theaters in seemingly very little time.
He self-released a few specials on YouTube, before dropping his debut Netflix special ‘Natural Selection’ in 2023. Despite his success, Matt has found himself at the center of controversy on a few occasions. Most notably, many people called him out over his Netflix special, which had a joke about domestic violence in it.
In addition to his comedy, Matt has gotten attention for his love life, including his brief relationship with actress Kate Beckinsale.
