Little Mix

Little Mix — Are you ready to get in the mix? Birthed in 2011 on the eighth series of the UK version of The X-Factor, Little Mix – Jesy Nelseon, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards – were the first group to win the competition. Arguably the biggest girl group in UK pop history (sorry, Spice Girls.) Little Mix released their debut album, DNA, in 2012, which peaked inside the top 10 of ten countries. This made them the first girl group since the Pussycat Dolls to reach the US top five with their debut album, and success continued to follow. As of 2019, they’ve released five albums – Salute, Get Weird, Glory Days, LM5 – and have sold over 50 million records worldwide, making them one of the best-selling girl groups of all time. They won the Brit Award for Best Single for “Shout Out to my Ex” and Best British Video for “Woman Like Me” in 2019.

In Dec. 2020, Jesy Nelson announced that she would be leaving the girl group to focus on her mental health.
