Lil Tjay has been working hard to be a rapper since he was a teenager. After dropping his first songs at 16-years-old on SoundCloud, Tjay quickly rose to prominence in the hip hop community. He released his debut album in 2019, which featured tons of rap superstars like Lil Wayne, who performed on a remix of ‘Leaked.’ He released his second album in 2021, titled ‘Destined 2 Win,’ which featured collabs with Polo G, Tyga and many more.

Tjay was reportedly shot in Edgewater, NJ in June 2022. The rapper was reportedly rushed to emergency surgery after the incident, where at least one other victim was shot.
