‘Legacies’ is the third series in ‘The Vampire Diaries’ universe. The show’s second season will air Thursdays on The CW. Season 2 will pick up in a world without Hope Mikaelson. At the end of season 1, she sacrificed herself to save Landon by jumping into the pit to stop Malivore. When she jumped into the pit, she erased everyone’s memories of her as well. Hope will be trying to find her way back to the school she has learned to call home and the friends she’s learned to love like family. Season 2 will be filled with new monsters, as well as more romantic and emotional surprises. ‘Legacies’ stars Danielle Rose Russell as Hope Mikaelson, Jenny Boyd as Lizzie Saltzman, Kaylee Bryant as Josie Saltzman, Quincy Fouse as MG, Aria Shahghasemi as Landon Kirby, Peyton Alex Smith as Rafael Waithe, and Matt Davis as Alaric Saltzman.
