Lance Armstrong & Anna Hansen — Lance Armstrong is most well-known as a professional cyclist, most notably for his seven Tour de France wins from 1999 to 2005, all of which were later stripped of him due to a doping scandal. Outside of his biking career, Lance has long been a philanthropist for charities focusing on cancer, especially through his Livestrong Foundation, which he started after he was diagnosed with testicular cancer.

His work with the Livestrong foundation introduced him to his now-wife Anna Hansen. The pair started a relationship in 2008, after meeting through his organization, and the pair have been going strong ever since. The couple tied the knot after 14 years of dating in a ceremony in August 2022. The couple announced their marriage in an Instagram post.

Anna is Lance’s second wife. He was first married to Kristin Richard from 1998 until 2003, and the exes share three kids. Lance and Anna have a son and daughter of their own.
