Kyrie Irving — Kyrie Irving is an American professional basketball player. He is quite the hot shot athlete and has many accomplishments to be proud of!

He has impressed many coaches and gained many fans, as he was named the Rookie of the Year! This was, of course, when he was selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers with the first overall pick in the 2011 NBA draft. In 2016, he also won an NBA championship with the Cavaliers, adding on to his resume.

While he no longer plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers, he is still a top player in the NBA, and currently plays for the Brooklyn Nets, as the team’s point guard and shooting guard, rocking the #11 jersey.

Before Irving made it to the NBA court, he started playing ball at a very young age. His father was a basketball player and eventually used his father’s connections to Boston University to learn the ins and outs of the game at BU’s basketball skills camp.
