Katherine Jackson is the Jackson family matriarch. Celebrate her 92nd birthday with a look at her beloved family, which includes 10 grandchildren.

Prince & Paris Jackson

Prince & Paris Jackson — Katherine Jackson was born on May 4, 1930 and she is the matriarch of the famous Jackson family. Katherine married Joe Jackson in 1949, and they were together for nearly 70 years when he passed away in 2018. Together, Katherine and Joe had ten children. Eight of the kids are still living, as one died after being born premature, and another, Michael Jackson, passed away in 2009.

In addition to being a dedicated mother, Katherine is also a proud grandmother to more than two dozen grandsons and granddaughters. Two of her most well-known grandkids are Prince and Paris Jackson, who are the oldest two kids of Michael and his ex-wife, Debbie Rowe. Michael’s kids were very young when he died in 2009, and Katherine was granted shared custody of them after his death.
