Karine walks the red carpet, glowing in a stunning orange halter dress at the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner in Washington D.C. on April 27, 2019. In an exclusive interview with HollywoodLife, she speaks fondly of her campaign work: “Clearly, 10 years ago, I worked on the 2008 campaign, but I didn’t get to know Joe Biden. Then I came in for the general election and then I went into the White House, and then I was the Northeast Regional political director. And so one of the opportunities that I had was to travel with Joe Biden because he was going into my states that I was managing, you know, Massachusetts, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey, and I got to travel with him, I got to staff him and I got to brief him. I got to know him really close and see the type of decent, kind, human being that he truly, truly is”. (Photo by Jeff Malet) Newscom/(Mega Agency).
