The couple tied the knot in Oct. 2018 in an intimate ceremony at the Mint Springs Farm in Franklin, TN. They got married in front of 200 of their closest friends and family after a one year engagement. Although Kane hails from Tenessee — and now calls Nashville home — Katelyn is originally from Philadelphia. Kane announced that the pair was expecting their first child, a daughter, in April 2019. Their little one, Kingsley Rose, was born in October 2019. Two years later, in Dec. 2022, Kane revealed that he and Katelyn had secretly welcomed a second daughter, Kodi, as well.
