Jaime began her career as a model, getting numerous top runway and magazine assignments by the time she was 16. She eventually turned toward an acting career, getting her first role in a big Hollywood film in 2001’s ‘Pearl Harbor.’ She got her big break playing twins in the 2006 film ‘Sin City based on Frank Miller’s graphic novel. Jaime is best know to TV audiences for playing Lemon Breeland on the CW’s ‘Hart of Dixie from 2011–2015 opposite Rachel Bilson.

Jaime fell in love with director Kyle Newman while shooting his 2005 film ‘Fanboys.’ After production wrapped, they moved in together three months later. Kyle proposed in the spring of 2007 and the pair wed on Nov. 23, 2007 at LA’s Greystone Mansion, the same place where he popped the question.

Jaime and Kyle went on to have two sons, James in 2013 and Leo in 2015. The boys came after the couple struggled with infertility due to Jaime’s polycystic ovarian syndrome. She suffered five miscarriages and went through five rounds of IVF before getting pregnant naturally with James. Jaime filed for divorce from Kyle on May 18, 2020 after nearly 13 years of marriage. She requested a temporary restraining order in the paperwork.
