Idris Elba & Sabrina Dhowre — Idris Elba and Sabrina Dhowre attended the Ferrari: Under the Skin Exhibition in London on Nov. 14, 2017. The couple began dating in 2017, while Idris was filming his film ‘The Mountain Between Us’ in Canada. Idris proposed to Sabrina after one year together at his directorial debut for ‘Yardie’ in Feb. 2018. Sabrina is a model and used to be Miss Vancouver. “Falling in love while making a movie about falling in love is pretty special,” Idris said in an interview with The Jess Cagle. The two got married on April 26 in a beautiful Moroccan wedding, ahead two more days of celebration. Idris formerly was married to Hanne ‘Kim’ Norgaard from 1999 until 2003, and then later to Sonya Nicole Hanklin in 2006. Idris and Sabrina have been together for two years prior to getting married, and we’re so happy for the two of them! Scroll through for more pics of the couple.
