‘How I Met Your Father’ — Ready for another story kids? Almost 8 years after ‘How I Met Your Mother’ went off the air, fans are getting a spin-off they’ve been pining for. ‘How I Met Your Father’, premiering Jan. 18 on Hulu, stars Hilary Duff as bachelorette Sophie, a 30-something gal looking for love while balancing all the responsibilities and perks of adulthood. The series is framed in the same flashback style as ‘HIMYM’, told from the perspective of future-Sophie (voiced by ‘Sex And The City’ alum Kim Cattrall) in the year 2050.
