Jang Da-hye aka Heize lent her time, talent, and winning smile to the Breast cancer awareness campaign ‘Love Your W’ by walking the red carpet at the event in Seoul, South Korea on October 25, 2019.
Heize made headlines in America when the K-Pop star, at age 26, collapsed after performing at an awards show on Christmas Day in 2017. Thankfully, she recovered, and thank goodness too as in 2019 she dropped a new single titled, “We Don’t Talk Together” and revealed that the track was produced by BTS’ Suga. Nothing wrong with the biggest names in K-Pop coming together in music!
And there doesn’t look like Heize will be slowing her roll anytime soon. After dropping her debut album in 2014, she has worked steadily and has climbed in popularity, especially when she appeared on a Korean rap competition show. Unpretty Rapstar is known as the female version of the similar rap competition television series, Show Me the Money and Heize competed on its second season. Although she didn’t win the title, she was a semi-finalist.
