‘Halloween’ Movie — Photos — Jamie Lee Curtis returned as Laurie Strode in the 2018 film ‘Halloween.’ The movie is a direct sequel to the 1978 film of the same name, but it is the eleventh installment in the ‘Halloween’ franchise. Nick Castle also returned as Michael Myers. They were joined by additional cast members Judy Greer, Andi Matichak, Will Patton, and Virginia Gardner. The film focused on Laurie facing off against Michael for the first time since his initial attack 40 years ago. While it appeared that Michael Myers died in a house fire at the end of ‘Halloween,’ he’ll be back for the sequels. ‘Halloween Kills’ will be released in 2021, and the next season ‘Halloween Ends’ will be released in 2022. ‘Halloween Kills’ was supposed to release in 2020, but it was pushed a year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
